The observation of twin-brothers of 4 years affected by congenital squint caused by ophthalmoplegia of Musculi recti externi, probably nuclear in origin, is described. This is the second report on concordant ophthalmoplegia in MZ twins.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Beschreibung eines 4 jährigen Zwillingspaares mit kongenitalem Schielen, das durch Ophthalmoplegie der Mm. recti externi, wharscheinlich nucleären Ursprungs, hervorgerufen war. Es handelt sich um den zweiten Bericht über konkordante Ophthalmoplegie bei MZ-Zwillingen.

Viene descritta una coppia di gemelli maschi di anni 4 i quali presentano uno strabismo congenito da oftalmoplegia probabilmente nucleare dei muscoli retti esterni. È questa la seconda osservazione di oftalmoplegia concordante in gemelli monozigotici.

Observation d'une couple de jumeaux de 4 ans présentant strabisme congénital provoqué par ophtalmoplégie des muscles droits externes, vraisemblablement d'origine nucléaire. C'est la seconde observation d'ophtalmoplégie concordante chez des jumeaux MZ.
