A statistical analysis has been made on the clinico-anamnestic information concerning 432 mongol propositi, taking into particular consideration the age of parents, the order of birth and the reproductive features observed in the families of the propositi. The Authors furthermore examine the possibility of making an eugenical counseling concerning the probability of a new occurrence of the syndrome.
