1 In The Katrine Maersk, 1951 A.M.C. 324 (Jan. 26, 1951), an arbitration held the Korean conflict to be a “war“ as that term was used in a charter party, at least after intervention by Chinese Communist forces. A like result was reached in an arbitration involving a charter party, reported as The Simon Benson, 1951 A.M.C. 585 (Feb. 13, 1951).
