Summary
The letters in this calendar all concern the dispute between the monks and Archbishops Baldwin and Hubert Walter. The majority appear in the Canterbury letter collection. I have given the page numbers for these letters in Stubbs’ edition as well as folio references to the Lambeth manuscript. References to additional letters are to the printed versions when applicable or to the originals. Where there are extant duplicates, they have been mentioned in the contents column, although the list is by no means exhaustive.
