Sciant presentes & futuri quod ego Walterus de Gatewyk, aurifaber London’, dedi, concessi, & hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Roberto de Pipherst, aurimalliatori civi London’, quandam domum quam habui in Goderounelane in parochia Sancti Vedasti London’, cum solariis, terris, fundis, muris, & omnibus aliis pertinenciis suis ad predictam domum spectantibus. Que quidem domus cum solariis & aliis suis pertinenciis sita est inter magnam cameram lapideam Nicholai de Farendone versus austrum & tenementum Radulphi le Orbatour versus aquilonem & viam regiam versus occidentem et cameram privatam Nicholai de Farendone versus orientem, videlicet quicquid ibidem habui vel habere potui seu debui quoquo modo ratione vel jure in terris, edificiis, domibus, in longitudine, latitudine, & omnibus aliis pertinenciis suis prout inter dicta tenementa & dictam viam regiam includitur, habend’ & tenend’ de me & heredibus vel assignatis meis predicto Roberto & heredibus vel assignatis suis & cuicumque, quibuscumque & quandocumque dictam domum cum omnibus pertinenciis suis dare, vendere, legare, seu quocumque alio modo alienare vel assignare voluerint & eorum heredibus libere, quiete, bene, & in pace, jure & hereditarie imperpetuum.
