Summary
Folios 217r–230v contain documents concerning Wood Street, including those relating to the aldermanry or ward of Anketin de Auvergne, ff. 217r–218r.
The hand writing most of these pages, up to f. 229r, is the same as that of ff. 144r–188v (etc.) in vol. I, and f. 229v to the top of 230v is in the same hand as wrote ff. 198v–199v (etc.) in vol. I.
Folio 217r has the red-ink heading “W. Walton” and a red-ink marginal heading in large red ink “Wodestret”; f. 218r has the red-ink heading “Wodestret”, and thereafter, up to and including f. 230r, the verso pages have the heading “Wode” and the recto pages “strete”.
