Summary
The main pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of Aripiprazole (Figure 4.1) are summarized in Table 4.1. The relevant medicinal forms of Aripiprazole are shown in Table 4.2. Dose is 2.5–5 mg daily for 14 days, then increased by 5 mg every 14 days; usual maintenance 10–20 mg once daily (maximum dose 30 mg daily). The main clinical indications of Aripiprazole in addition to tics are listed in Table 4.3.
