f. (1r) A nomine illius redemptoris nostri Ihesu Christi totius
conditoris creature qui ad hoc propiciatus humanam voluit
carnem assumere ut diuinitatis sue gratia dirupto quo
tenebamur captiui vinculo seruitutis pristine nos restituit
libertati. Et huiusmodi gratia homines quos ab initio
natura liberos protulit et ius gentium iugo substituit
seruitutis sue legis beneficio libertas reddatur in mundo.
Nouerint universi quod anno a natale Domini millesimo
quadringentesimo quadragesimo octauo, die uero lune
intitulata septima mensis Octobris, in presencia mei Jacobi
Coma, notarii infrascripti et in presencia etiam testium
infrascriptorum ad hec uocatorum specialiter et assumptorum
conuocati et congregati homines infrascripti qui ut
asseruerint de redimencia nuncupantur in parrochia [text ends].
