ff. 121a–301vb
Collection of ninety-three sermons for Sundays and holy days, saints’ feasts and special occasions, many incomplete, with blank spaces for additional material left unfilled. Wenzel, Macaronic finds that thirty-three of these sermons contain some English material: some of the sermons are entirely in Latin, a few nearly entirely in English, and several in a mixture of both English and Latin. Although some of this material more properly belongs in Macaronic Index A, I have chosen to keep it all together here for the sake of convenience. Wenzel discusses some of the verses in Verses in Sermons: Fasciculus Morum and its Middle English Poems (Cambridge MA, 1978), but see now NIMEV which has 17 entries for this MS.
