‘Incipit liber boecij de consolacione philosophie’ (f. 1). Chaucer's Boece. IPMEP 43. Ed from this MS in Riverside Chaucer pp. 395–469.
Other texts: Riverside Chaucer p. 1151 lists 11 MSS and two early printed editions. One of the MSS contains only fragments (University of Missouri, Frag. MS. 150) and another only a paraphrase of Book I (BodL Auctarium F.3.5). The early printed editions drew on MSS which are no longer extant: William Caxton, Boecius de Consolacione Philosophie, Westminster 1478 (STC 3199), and William Thynne, the Boece in The workes of Geffray Chaucer newly printed, London 1532 (STC 5068). See Ii.3.21 [1]. For MSS already indexed see IMEP 5 indexing BL Add 10340 [1], IMEP 14 indexing Peniarth 393 [1], and IMEP 18 indexing Camb. Pembroke Col 215 [1].
