A good medicine to sharpe a mannys witte[s] whan thei be dull in labour take rede vyneger whan thu gost to thi bedde and let rubbe the hert of thi fote and thyn ankleys wiþ a lynyn clowte be a fyre and chaufe it well till it haue dronke up half a saweserfull and that shall make thi wittes sharp and fresshe.
