Summary

All names are in Latin. The modern English and French forms of most of the names are easily recognizable from the Latin.

When looking for specific persons, families, or religious houses check the look-up tables below for the name in which you are interested. Use Table I for forenames and Table II for surnames and family names. For the names of religious houses, use Table III.
