Seventy-six entries, covering the text up to page 174 (see also Item 4* below), with an entry inserted later (by the same scribe) for the tale of Canacee (page 97), ‘Howe ye brother & ye syster loued to gether & what betyd ther of ’. Page-numbers are shown in Roman at the left and in Arabic at the right. Single column.
