Two new species of Microlaimidae: Microlaimus paraaffinis sp. nov. and Pseudomicrolaimus major sp. nov. are described from Yangma Island, the Yellow Sea. M. paraaffinis sp. nov. is characterized by body length 662–785 μm, six inner and six outer labial sensilla papilliform, four short cephalic setae 3–4 μm in length, amphidial fovea cryptocircular at level of buccal cavity, spicules L-shaped with equal thickness, gubernaculum boat shaped, tail conico-cylindrical with short cylindrical portion. P. major sp. nov. is characterized by large body size, six inner labial sensilla papilliform, six outer labial sensilla and four cephalic sensilla setiform, eight subcephalic setae present, amphidial fovea cryptospiral, anterior pharynx region at the buccal cavity widened, posterior pharynx region with oval-shaped bulb, spicules curved with proximal portion enlarged, gubernaculum boat shaped, tail short and conical. Pictorial key to genus Pseudomicrolaimus is given.

Two new free-living marine nematode species of genus Tripyloides were discovered in intertidal sediments along Rudong coast of the Yellow Sea and on Qi′ao Island of the South China Sea, respectively. They are described here as Tripyloides conicus sp. nov. and Tripyloides boucheri sp. nov. T. conicus sp. nov. is characterized by outer labial setae two-segments, amphideal fovea circular, buccal cavity with four chambers and with a distinct tooth at the bottom, spicules slender and straight, gubernaculum kidney-like with two lateral denticles at distal end, tail sexual dimorphism (elongated conical in males, conico-cylindrical in females). T. boucheri sp. nov. is characterized by body size small, outer labial setae stout, two-segments, amphidial fovea small, circular, narrow conical buccal cavity without distinct tooth, male with papilliform precloacal supplements, spicules slender, gubernaculum with two lateral denticles at distal end, tail conico-cylindrical and not swollen terminally. An updated dichotomous key for fifteen species of the genus is also given.

Two new species of free-living marine nematode discovered from an intertidal sandy beach in the Bohai Sea and from a sublittoral region in the East China Sea are described. Deontolaimus holovachovi sp. nov. is characterized by short cephalic setae (2.5–3 μm long); ventrally-unispiral amphidial fovea; excretory pore located at the level with nerve ring; lateral alae present; two pairs of lateral cervical setae present; arcuate spicules 1.5–1.6 cloacal body diameter long, with the proximal half swollen and proximal end hooked, the distal half narrow; gubernaculum with dorso-caudal apophysis; postcloacal sensilla present in males; a midventral caudal papilla with a short seta situated at posterior third of tail length. Campylaimus zhoui sp. nov. is characterized by loop-shaped amphid with very long ventral limb extending along pharyngeal region to level of anterior part of intestine, 4.7–5.2 times the length of dorsal limb; excretory pore opening posterior to the pharyngo-intestinal junction; spicules symmetrical, slightly arcuate without proximal capitulum; gubernaculum with small dorsal apophysis; precloacal supplements absent.

Genus Onyx Cobb, 1891 has been reviewed and 19 valid species including two new species have been reported in the world. Two new species, Onyx rizhaoensis sp. nov. and Onyx minor sp. nov. from the Yellow Sea coast are described and illustrated. In addition to the genus characters Onyx rizhaoensis sp. nov. has relatively long cephalic setae; a single loop-shaped amphidial fovea; 12 S-shaped tubular precloacal supplements in 10 + 2 arrangement, posterior 10 closely spaced, anterior two set apart; female vulva situated at almost midpoint of the body. Onyx minor sp. nov. is characterized by a relatively small body for the genus (body length usually shorter than 800 μm); gubernaculum slender parallel to spicules and with a hooked dorsal apophysis; 12 S-shaped tubular precloacal supplements fairly evenly spaced; female vulva situated at about midbody. At the same time, a dichotomous key for Onyx males is proposed.

Three new species of free-living marine nematodes Micoletzkyia longispicula sp. nov., Micoletzkyia filicaudata sp. nov. and Micoletzkyia nanhaiensis sp. nov. from the Yellow Sea and the South China Sea are described. Micoletzkyia longispicula sp. nov. is characterized by spicules elongated and straight, 7 a.b.d. long, pear-shaped proximally and pointed distally; gubernaculum conical, without apophysis, and tubular supplement headlike proximally. Micoletzkyia filicaudata sp. nov. is characterized by slender body with relatively long filiform tail (8.1 a.b.d.), spicules elongated and straight (4.4 a.b.d.), cephalate proximally and pointed distally, gubernaculum tubular, with dorsal apophysis. Micoletzkyia nanhaiensis sp. nov. is characterized by spicules slender and curved, 2.5 a.b.d. long, cephalous proximally and chapiter-shaped distally, and gubernaculum with relatively long dorsal apophysis. A key for all known species of Micoletzkyia is proposed.
