The authors would like to make three corrections to their previously published paper:

First, we would like to correct an omission in the Acknowledgements section of the article. The Acknowledgements section of the article should be as follows:

Acknowledgements. We would like to thank Birsen Uçar MD and Pelin Köşger MD, the pediatric cardiologists who performed the procedure, for their collaboration.

Second, the following sentence in the Case Presentation is incorrect and should be deleted:

“No abnormality was observed in her physical examination”

It should be replaced by the following text:

“Findings on physical examination of this patient included a loud continuous 4/6 machinery-like pansystolic murmur at the left upper sternal border associated with a palpable thrill. Echocardiography documented of a large patent arterial duct with the smallest diameter of 5mm associated with continuous left-to-right shunt and left ventricular dilation.”

Third, Figure 1a and Figure 1b are currently presented in reverse chronological order. The order of these figures should be reversed, and the following text then provides the correct caption for re-ordered Figure 1:

Figure 1. (a): The closure device initially embolised to the left pulmonary artery (arrow), (b): The closure device subsequently moved to the right pulmonary artery during retrieval attempts (arrow).
