The penultimate sentence of the published piece contains an error. The sentence should read as follows:

Whilst the book does not engage with all aspects of education law such as inclusion and diversity within the third level sector, for instance, this book nonetheless is a timely and necessary contribution to the development of education law and policy within the UK.
