1 It may be remarked en passant that in § 34, g. 22, the reading of the text sabbadā ev' ajām' ahan … rūpan yena 'va nandanan is wrong: Burm. gives sabbadā ca vajām' ahan … rūpan nayananandanan, which, if we correct ca to va, is right. S1 seems here to have gone astray.
