Extract

Gynandromorphs have been reported from many orders of insects and especially from those orders in which large numbers of individuals have been collected or reared. It is therefore not surprising that, with the accumulation of large scries, ephemerid gynandromorphs should be found occasionally and it seems advisable to put descriptions of such individuals on record.
