P. Oxy. 2637 comes from a commentary on lyrical poems. There is some talk of Sappho and Ibycus; Pindar is referred to; and a number of learned men are named (Akesander, Timaeus, Theodorus, and perhaps Philostephanus). There are numerous lemmata, three of them much more substantial than the rest. The present notes may help towards the interpretation of these.
