Cranberries

In a nutshell
Cranberries are a rich source of phenolics, and have anti-microbial, antioxidant and anti-cancer action.
The main clinically demonstrated application is in prevention or treatment of urinary tract infection. Safety appears good, but there is some reason to be careful with patients on warfarin.
