Summary
Object (objekt) is a technical term, and refers to objects, insofar as they are thought of as occurrent (vorhanden) entities next to an occurrent subject. Objekt is one of two s Heidegger frequently uses that are properly translated into English as object – the other is Gegenstand (see Object [Gegenstand]).
