8 One can only justify newsletters if they are consistently read, otherwise the considerable financial outlay must discourage most users. A new type of newsletter is now emerging, although not necessarily impacting the commercial market. Law of Russia and the NIS: The Bottom Line is issued regularly by Chadbourne and Parke's Moscow office and concentrates on energy-related developments.
